Went to this Cluck-U specifically for the gluten free options. It did not disappoint. Ordered gluten free chicken and onion rings and one regular chicken. They made a mistake and made both gluten free and even after we said we would just keep it like that, the young guy working there made us a brand new regular chicken. Great service and great food!
I'm in heaven! I have celiac disease and today I had fresh gluten free fried chicken, onion rings, fries and tenders. Everything was so delicious ! Fried Oreos were also amazing. The owner has 2 children with celiac, and they understand all the nuances that go along with it. Kudos to Emily for her friendliness and patience with all my questions.
Man, oh man. This chain and location is an underdog. The establishment is unassuming: I've driven by going both ways hundreds of times and didn't even realize it was here until I was craving Cluck U and looked it up on Yelp after thinking back to how excellent the chicken at the Red Bank location can be. This location has the best fried chicken I've had anywhere, hands-down. Sit-down restaurants, fast casual, corner strip malls--this is the top dog. Moist, fresh chicken with a crispy exterior and sauces that are to die for, like the Traditional Death. Honey is ridiculously fantastic on their fried chicken, so don't be shy to order it covered in honey. It's apparent why it's so incredible: patrons can hear them cutting chicken by hand if they walk in at the right time. Even the dredge that the chicken is fried in is house made. They recently added gluten-free options, and they take great care to ensure that there's no cross-contamination. This is all house made, and I've been told it tastes so good that a) people with celiac's have traveled long distances for it and b) some non-celiac customers order it. This is the epitome of fried chicken. The rest of the menu, including the chicken tenders and mini bites, is also cut by hand from a whole chicken. They do have grilled chicken for when spring/summer diets begin. The fries, or spuds, are incredibly tasty as well, and served hot in a large portion. Their Cajun seasoning, as one can guess, is house made and more reliant on cayenne and spices to bring out flavors rather than a more generic version. This was also better than any chain. Freshness and house-made ingredients are what make or break any restaurant, be it a sushi chef slicing a wild-caught salmon fillet or a chicken chef butchering a fresh chicken. That makes all the difference at Cluck U, which also offers some great deals and a strong overall value as a top fried chicken chain.

Consistent quality customer service and food. Super welcoming and great atmosphere. Never had a bad experience when coming here and have been coming here for years. The new management is doing amazing. The wings are the best you can find around. Definitely recommend!
Came in here after finding out this location is under new management, and WOW. My husband and I have been to many Cluck-U's in the state, and new management here has really put in the work to make this the best Cluck-U we have been to to date! The food is delicious, the place is clean, and staff and service is extremely friendly. I quote my blissed-out husband, a mouth full of wings: "It's so crispy. This is the best Cluck-U ever." We'll be back soon for sure!
